Lately, I have been into Mediterranean salads. I ordered one to go with my pizza one night. As I was eating it, I thought this doesn’t look that hard to make.
I bought black olives, green olives, peppers, feta cheese, tomatoes and croutons. Simple right? There’s onions, too, but I don’t care for them so I leave them out.
I noticed in some of the pictures of Mediterranean salads that cucumbers, chickpeas, and avocados were included. I’ll have to try these ingredients in the salad.
To complete the leafy meal, Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. It’s so YUM!
